Guild is a self-hosted team management tool that connects with the Solana blockchain. It provides a dashboard with company announcements, member availability and status, and lets you manage members, projects and tasks and award coins to teammates.

The idea is to keep team organization simple. The project is very small, so it suits experimentation more than production use.
